Community Kick-Off

On Tuesday, May 21, a sunny, hot spring day in West Michigan, Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services held a community event to celebrate the start of construction on the new Pediatric Center of Behavioral Health.

Hundreds of people came out to support the project, including community members, Pine Rest and construction staff along with their families. Those who attended enjoyed an assortment of offerings from local food truck vendors, music, yard games, tours of emergency vehicles and construction equipment, an over-sized sand box and interactions with Sparty and Crash.
